San Antonio area is also known for its Military City of Texas.. Emcompassing the city we have Randolph AFB and Lackland/Kelly AFB on the south. 2024 Spring we got this fabulous Airshow hosted by the local bases and each base will host the show alternate years.
Randolph usually have a host of fantastic static display and this year is no exceptions. We got F-15C from Klammath Falls 173rd FW, T38 from Langley AFB 1st Fighter Wing, F-35A from both Luke and Eglin AFB 33rd FW, A-10C from Idaho ANG 190th FS , F-16 from the local 149th Fighter Squadron. Not to mention the amount of heavies which include KC-46, AC-130 gunship, C-5M, AH-64D and even an M1A2 Abrams tank from Ft Hood.
